MAWARTANEWS.com, KARO – Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karo melalui Dinas Pariwisata yang dipimpin Munarta Ginting telah memasang spanduk di Pos Pengutipan Retribusi ke objek Wisata Sipiso – Piso pada hari Minggu 28/08/2022 .
Ada pun tulisan di spanduk tersebut mengatakan ” dilarang melakukan pungli kepada masyarakat yang mau berkunjung ke Desa Tongging, Desa Paropo , Desa Silalahi maupun ke Objek Wisata seperti Gajah Bobok , Kafe Maulana maupun Objek wisata di seputaran bukit Gajak Bobok kecuali ke Objek Wisata Sipiso Piso .
Ketika di konfirmasi wartawan Kadis Pariwisata Kab.Karo Munarta Ginting terkait Pengutipan retribusi ke Sipiso Piso mengatakan, kemarin ada kita dapat info dari masyarakat bahwa ada pengutipan yang di lakukan pegawai kita di Pos, sementara sudah beberapa kali kita ingatkan kepada anggota supaya tidak melakukan pengutipan kepada masyarakat Desa Tongging, Desa Silalahi, Desa Paropo maupun tamu yang berkunjung ke Gajah Bobok seputaran.
“Jadi kita cuma berhak meminta retribusi kepada masyarakat yang ingin berkunjung ke objek Wisata Sipiso Piso, selain ke Sipiso Piso, kita tidak boleh melakukan pengutipan, begitu lah selalu saya ingatkan kepada petugas kita yang berjaga di Pos Retribusi tersebut.
Munarta Ginting menambahkan , rencana kita nanti kedepannya, Pos Pengutipan Retribusi tersebut akan kita pindahkan ke arah dalam sedikit , mungkin nanti ke arah Persimpangan Sipiso Piso itu nanti kita bangun Pos itu , supaya masyarakat nanti tidak bingung, karena anggaran kita pun belum memadai, jadi untuk sementara kita pasang saja dulu baliho / spanduk supaya masyarakat khususnya tamu Wisata tau , ke daerah mana saja yang mau dibayar retribusinya ,” ucap Munarta Ginting .
Ditempat terpisah, Rosmina Girsang salah satu masyarakat Desa Tongging Kecamatan Merek ketika di singgung terkait baliho yang di pasang Dinas Pariwisata Kab.Karo tersebut mengatakan,
” apa yang dilakukan Dinas Pariwisata tersebut sudahlah tepat , karena kemarin ada keluarga kita datang dari Medan , mereka ingin berkunjung ke Kampung halamannya , itu pun mereka minta uang retribusi, padahal ke Kampungnya sendiri dia pulang ya .
Jadi harapan saya kepada Dinas Pariwisata Kab.Karo supaya tegas menindak anggotanya yang melanggar peraturan, jangan cuma menghimbau saja kepada petugas itu , kalau bisa pecat saja ,” ketus br Girsang.
